Danish Brewers' Guild Christmas Meeting 4^th December 2026

Date: Friday, December 4^th from 18 p.m. to 01 a.m.

Location: Schiller Office Hotel, Nannasgade 28, 2200 Copenhagen N. just walking distance from Metro Station Skjolds Plads.

What's on the agenda:

18:00: Gathering in our meeting hall new and old
           colleagues and friends with a glass of beer

18:20  Welcome by our Chairman Michael Knoth,
            presentation of new members, yearly review
            and plans for 2027

18:40: Study tour to Scotland for Whisky making by
            Magnus Fazli and colleagues from CRL.

19:05: Study tour to Germany for Altbier by Tim Selbach,
           Philipp Heist and Daniel Bergmann.

19:45: Christmas Lunch Buffet is ready with Heering,
           Snaps and the traditional Danish Style
           Christmas  lunch dishes enjoyed with Skovlyst
           Beers and Draft Beer from selected fellow
            member breweries.   Soft drinks and Non
            Alcoholic Beer are also available.

            After the Christmas buffet Coffee and an avec is
            served, and having finished the coffee we enjoy a              glass of beer ‘’to  remove the bad taste of the
            coffee’’.
