Danish Brewers' Guild Christmas Meeting 5th December

Please join us for our classic Danish Brewers' Guild Christmas,  you are very welcome !

Time and Venue:

Date: Friday, December 5th from 18 p.m. to 01 a.m.

Location: Schiller Office Hotel, Nannasgade 28, 2200 Copenhagen N. Just walking distance from Metro Station Skjolds Plads

What's on the agenda:

18:00: Gathering in the bar, meet new and old colleagues and friends with a glass of beer

18:30  Transfer to the meeting / Dining hall:  Welcome by our Chairman Michael Knoth, presentation of new mambers
18:40: Study tour to Swedeen for Cider making by Master rewer Esben Yding
19:05: Study tour to Polen by Maud Betbeder & Co., all NIRAS staff
19:30  Christmas Lunch Buffet is ready with Heering, Snaps and the traditional Danish Style
            Christmas  lunch dishes enjoyed with Skovlyst Beers and Beer samples from our
            fellow member breweries.   Soft drinks and Non Alcoholic Beer are also available
            After Christmas buffet Coffee and an avec is served, and after coffee we enjoy a
            glass of beer ‘’to  remove the bad taste of the coffee’’.

Beer Selection:

Schiller Hotel Office keep us covered with a variety of beers from Skovlyst and soft drinks.
If you've got some special brews from your own brewery, please bring them along, and we'll make sure they get the attention they deserve. Just make sure they arrive at Schiller the day before (that's November 14th, 2024). Cost:

It's 400 DKK per person, payable by credit card.
